I have a passion for teaching high school students. I consider it a privilege and a ministry. Teaching Health is a great way to help these young people understand that we are not just bodies, attacked by germs and waiting for a medical cure. We are body, mind, and spirit and God gave us a wonderful guidebook that shows how our behavior matters to our health and to our happiness. Our attitudes and responses to our life’s circumstances will determine our happiness. As I say to my students, “Choose Joy”!
