Our application is a fillable .pdf document—you may open it using Adobe Acrobat and type directly into our application. You may print the application and return it to us via mail or fax. Alternately, you may submit the application electronically. The application includes these components:
- Main data page
- Recommendation from Math teacher
- Recommendation from English teacher
- Character reference (from someone outside your family)
- Student essays
- Medical screening
Supporting documents are required. Please secure these and send them to us.
- School transcripts
- School health records, if any
- Records of standardized tests, if any, and if not available, suitable test score (SSAT, TOEFL, Stanford Achievement Test, etc.) Test scores are used to verify academic ability. Non-native speakers of English should submit a test score to demonstrate adequate English proficiency. The test score requirement is usually waived if a student has been in an English-speaking school for a year, or can otherwise demonstrate adequate English proficiency. Underclassmen with low English proficiency may enroll in ESL in lieu of submitting a test score.
