Church and Sunday School
Academy boarding students attend church and Sunday school each week, most often at the Houghton Wesleyan Church. The church is within walking distance of school. Attending a different church is acceptable if transportation can be arranged. In addition to the required Sunday morning services, the Houghton Wesleyan Church offers a large and active youth group with regular meetings on Wednesday evenings.
